The National Monuments Service's description

A spread (Wth 0.6m; D 0.25m) of ash roundwoods with brushwood (diam. 0.025-0.035m) in a fairly compact NW-SE arrangement. A single ash chip (L 0.13m; diam. 0.11m) lies transversely on the upper surface of the structure. Toolmarks were recorded at one end of this piece, the opposing end having been broken in antiquity. It is removed from the landscape (Rohan 2012).
