The National Monuments Service's description
Marked faintly as a circular embanked enclosure (ext. diam. c. 50-55m) on the 1837 ed. of the OS 6-inch map, and situated on a slight rise c. 80m S of a large bog and c. 400m from a bog to the SW. It is not visible at ground level in reclaimed pasture but it was probably a rath.
