The National Monuments Service's description
Marked as a circular wooded enclosure (diam. c. 35m) on the 1837 ed. and as a circular enclosure on the 1915 ed. of the OS 6-inch map. Situated in an undulating landscape. Subcircular grass-covered area (int. diam. 36.6m NNE-SSW; 33.3m WNW-ESE) defined by a rebuilt drystone wall (at E: Wth 1.85m; H c. 1.5m) with larger stones at the base, possibly built on an older structure which may have been a cashel. Enclosure (RO051-060----) is c. 50m to the E.
