The National Monuments Service's description
On a rise towards the bottom of an E-facing slope. D-shaped grass and scrub-covered area (int. dims 41m ENE-WSW; 32.5m NNW-SSE) defined by the remains of a stone wall with facing-stones (Wth 2-2.1m) and some bushes NE-S-SW. The perimeter is truncated by a N-S field wall at W and a NE-SW field wall at N. There is a stone-lined entrance (Wth 1.5m) at S, and there is a record of a subrectangular house (RO048-104002-) (dims c. 7m x c. 5m) against the perimeter at S (Gannon1972), which is no longer evident. Ringfort (RO048-103----) is c. 100m to the NNW.
