The National Monuments Service's description

Located towards the top of a NE-facing slope of Cam Hill. The rectangular graveyard (RO048-099002-) of the parish church of Cam (RO048-099001-) is within the remains of a large circular enclosure (original diam. c. 150m) defined by the foundations of a stone wall (Wth 2.4m) largely obscured by field stones SW-NW (Chord c. 100m) and with slight traces of an outer fosse WNW-NW. The 1837 ed. of the OS 6-inch map depicts over a half of the enclosure intact SE-W-NNE.
