The National Monuments Service's description
On a slight rise in an undulating landscape. Circular grass-covered area with some trees (diam. c. 29.5m ENE-WSW; 27m NNW-SSE) defined by the remnants of an earth and stone spread (at E: Wth 6m; int. H 0.3m; ext. H 0.6m) with internal and external stone facing-stones (original Wth 1.6-1.9m) best preserved NE-SE but obscured by field stones or eroded elsewhere. There is no identifiable original entrance, and the interior is bisected by an E-W field wall and townland boundary with Lissygreaghan to the NW and a NW-SE field wall crosses the interior W of the centre. Cashel (RO048-095----) is c. 180m to the SW and barrow (RO048-093----) is c. 160m to the WSW.
