The National Monuments Service's description
Visible as a circular feature on aerial photographs (GSIAP: M 472-3), and situated on a low knoll in an area of limestone outcrop. Circular domed and scrub-covered area (diam. 38.2m NE-SW; 36.2m NW-SE) defined by a grass-covered stone spread (Wth 4-4.5m; max. H 0.8m) with no evidence of facing-stones or of an identifiable original entrance. A rectangular grass-covered enclosure or annexe (RO047-016003-) (dims 21.7m NW-SE; 12m NE-SW) defined by a stone spread is attached to the perimeter at NE. The interior is overlain by an old field wall which extends to the N and S.
