The National Monuments Service's description

On top of Lackan Hill. Circular grass and scrub-covered area (int. diam. 37.5m NE-SW; 35.6m NW-SE) defined by a grass-covered stone spread (Wth 8.3-9.3m; int. H 0.5-0.6m; ext. H 0.4-0.5m), which is obscured by furze at E, and with some outer facing-stones visible at SW. There is no identifiable original entrance, but the grass-covered spread of a relict wall runs from perimeter at SSW towards the centre (L 12m) and turns NW (L 6.5m). Rath (RO045-001002-) is c. 30m to the WSW.
