The National Monuments Service's description

Visible as a circular area (diam. c. 50m) bisected by a N-S field bank and defined by an earthen bank and fosse on aerial photograph (CUCAP: APH 19). Situated on a S-facing slope. It was removed before 1972 (Gannon 1972) leaving an earthen field bank and hedge S-W, but a section through a bank (Wth 4m; H 1.05m) separated by a berm (Wth 6m) from an outer bank (Wth 4m; H 0.6m) can be seen in the N-S field bank at N. Rath (RO041-056----) is c. 110m to the NNE.
