The National Monuments Service's description
According to J. O'Donovan writing in the 1830s Tobernaglug is a well in the townland of Ballinagard and the bells of an abbey (presumably RO039-055001-), are said to be at the bottom of it (O'Flanagan 1931 vol. 1, 46). The well was not encountered.
