The National Monuments Service's description

At the crest of the S-facing slope of a N-S ridge. Circular grass-covered area (diam. 77.3m N-S; 74m E-W) defined by an earthen bank (Wth 3-4.2m; int. H 0.1-0.7m; ext. H 0.35-0.65m) SSE-W-NE, but the perimeter has been quarried elsewhere. There is no visible fosse, but there is an entrance (Wth 2m) at W, and another entrance (Wth 4m) at SSE.
