The National Monuments Service's description

On a gentle S-facing slope, at the SE edge of field system (RO038-005006-). Two rectangular (dims 47m N-S; 17m E-W; D 1.4-1.8m: dims. 43m N-S; 16m E-W; D 1-2m) and one oval (dims 53m x 38m; D 1.5-3m) limestone quarries have two house sites (RO038-005009-; RO038-005010-) (int. dims 8m x 2m; 5m x 4m) defined by earthen banks (Wth 1-3m; H 0.1-0.3m) and small rectangular enclosures (dims c. 17m x 15m) associated with them.
