The National Monuments Service's description
At the crest of the W end of a slight E-W rise. A chamber (dims 2m NE-SW; 0.7m NW-SE at NE to 1.2m NW-SE at SW) constructed of three stones on the SE side with a backstone at NE and a septal stone (max. H 0.3m) at SW. There was at least one stone (H 1.3m) on the NW side and two roofstones. There were no traces of a mound. (de Valera and Ó Nualláin 1972, 38)
