The National Monuments Service's description

On a gentle S-facing slope towards the E edge of a plateau. Circular grass-covered area (diam. 38.5m WNW-ESE; 37.4m NNE-SSW) defined by a rounded earthen bank (Wth 4.6m at S to 8.5m at E; int. H 0.6 at W to 1.6m at N; ext. H 1.6-2m) separated by a rounded fosse (Wth of top 7-10.2m; Wth of base 2.6-3.5m; D 0.4m at N to 1.8m at S) from an outer bank (Wth 6.4-9.2m; ext. H 0.8-1.1m) which survives only NNE-E-SW. An outer fosse and third bank are visible on aerial photographs (CUCAP: BDK 84-6) from the 1970s NW-E, being incorporated into a field bank SW-NW, but this feature does not survive.
The entrance through the inner bank (Wth 3m) and a causeway (Wth 3.4m) are at E, but the gap in the middle bank is altered. The grass-covered foundations (Wth 1.5m; H 0.5m) of a rectangular house (RO032-023003-) (int. dims 4m x 3m) abut the inside of the inner bank at NE, and the interior is overlain by the remnants of a field system. There was a rectangular enclosure or annexe (RO032-023002-) (dims c. 30m N-S; c. 30m E-W) S of the middle bank defined at the E, S and W sides by an earthen bank and outer fosse (CUCAP: BDK 84-6), but this has been removed.

See the attached aerial images from S (001) and E (002).
