The National Monuments Service's description
Close to the summit of Kiltullagh Hill. Described as a circular mound (diam. c. 5.8m; H c. 0.7m) defined by a fosse (Wth of base c. 1m) and outer earthen bank (Wth c. 2.7m; H c. 0.7m) (Knox 1914a, 45-6, Ring No. 1). This was W of the standing stone (RO032-001001-), and it may very well be in Co. Mayo and probably destroyed by the quarry c. 30m SW of the standing stone.
