The National Monuments Service's description
Located c. 50m NE of (RO030-025----), it was visible in a drain face, 0.20m below the surface of the bog. It was composed of an upper layer of moderately well preserved regularly laid transverse brushwood elements (Wth 2.6m; T 0.1m) underlain by longitudinal brushwood. The basal layer of the platform was composed of twigs. The elements were densely laid up to 0.18m apart and ranged from 0.015 to 0.04m in diameter. The underlying peat was composed of poorly humified Sphagnum-rich peat with occasional Calluna inclusions.
