The National Monuments Service's description
On a gentle S-facing slope of a WNW-ESE drumlin ridge. Described (Gannon 1972) as a subcircular area (dims 48m E-W; 42m N-S) defined by an earthen bank and outer fosse, with traces of an outer bank at S. There was an entrance (Wth 3.5m) and causeway at E. It has been removed since the 1970s, and it is now visible as a grass-covered depression (dims 48m E-W; 42m N-S; D 0.3-0.4m). Rath (RO029-061----) is c. 200m to the W and rath (RO029-062----) is c. 130m to the NW.
