The National Monuments Service's description
Depicted as a small island (diam. c. 10m) on the 1837 of the OS 6-inch map, and situated on the E shore of the small Cloonsreane Lough (max. dims c. 180m E-W; c. 120m N-S). It is not visible at ground level in a densely overgrown area.
