The National Monuments Service's description
Visible as a circular enclosure (diam. c. 25m) defined by an earthen bank and attached to an E-W field bank at N on aerial photograph (OSAP/4200). Situated at the bottom of a NE-facing slope, it is not visible at ground level in reclaimed pasture, but it is undoubtedly a rath.
