The National Monuments Service's description
Towards the E end of the broad WNW-ESE Carnfree ridge, c. 60m SW of bowl barrow (RO028-070----). Circular grass-covered mound (diam. of base 11m; H 0.1m) defined by a shallow fosse (Wth of top 6m; Wth of base 2-2.5m; ext. D 0.1-0.3m; max. ext. diam. 20.5m N-S). Ditch barrow (RO028-071----) is c. 80m to the NW and ditch barrow (RO028-073----) is c. 80m to the ESE. (Waddell 1988, 17)
