The National Monuments Service's description
On a broad low E-W ridge. Circular grass-covered platform (diam. 15m E-W; 14.7m N-S; H 0.5-0.9m) defined by a fosse (Wth of top 4-5.4m; Wth of base 2m; D 0.6-1m), with an outer bank (Wth 4.3-5.8m; H 0.2-0.4m) which was incorporated into a field bank but is now removed N-NE (max. ext. dim. 29.5m E-W). There is an entrance (Wth 3.5m) and causeway (Wth 4m) at SE. Barrow (RO027-078----) is c. 150m to the ESE.
