The National Monuments Service's description

At the top of the S-facing slope of Mewlaghadooey Hill, and on the line of the perimeter of hillfort (RO027-014001-) at SE. Circular grass-covered mound (diam. 30m; H 0.6-0.8m) separated by a berm (Wth 5-6.5m) from a slight outer bank (Wth c. 5m; H 0.1m) N-SE. It is overlain by a NW-SE field bank and does not survive SW of it. Ring-barrow (RO027-014004-) is c. 20m to the ENE.
