The National Monuments Service's description
This site is isolated c. 80 SE of a large concentration of features around the E-W togher (RO024-024----). The platform (Wth 4.54m; T 0.55m) exposed in a drain face, 0.14m below the field surface. It was orientated E-W and was composed of moderately well preserved regularly laid roundwood and brushwood longitudinals, laid up to 0.13m apart. The roundwood and brushwood ranged from 0.06 to 0.12m and from 0.02 to 0.04m in diameter, respectively. The underlying peat was composed of well humified Sphagnum-rich peat with moderate Eriophorum and Calluna inclusions.
