The National Monuments Service's description
At the W end of a low E-W drumlin ridge. Circular grass-covered area (diam. c. 40m) defined by a low earthen bank (Wth 7.9-8.4m; int. H 0.1-0.2m; ext. H 0.1-0.2m) separated by a fosse (Wth of base 4m; D 0.2m) from an outer bank (Wth 10-12m; ext. H 0.1-0.2m). There is no identifiable original entrance (max. ext. diam. 85m E-W).
