The National Monuments Service's description
Marked only on the 1914 ed. of the OS 6-inch map as a D-shaped feature (dims c. 60m E-W; c. 30m N-S) and situated on a gentle E-facing slope of Greywood Hill. Described as the arc of a bank with a slight outer fosse (Gannon 1972), it is not now visible at ground level in pasture. It can be seen as a D-shaped vegetation mark (dims c. 50m ENE-WSW; c. 25m NNW-SSE) defined by the parch mark of an earthen bank and an outer fosse on digitalglobe images (c. 2015). Rath (RO023-069----) is c. 150m to the SE.
