The National Monuments Service's description
Marked only on the 1927 ed. of the OS 6-inch map, and situtated on a rise in an undulating landscape. Circular grass-covered platform (diam. 23.6m E-W; 22.8m N-S) which slopes down to the E (H of slope 1m) defined by a scarp (H 0.6-1m), with an outer fosse (Wth of top 5.7-6.1m; Wth of base 4.2-4.9m; ext. D 0.2-0.5m) W-NE which is reduced to a berm (Wth 7.3-13m) defined by a slight scarp elsewhere. There is no visible entrance, and rath (RO022-112001-) is immediately to the N. Archaeological testing (06E0678) c. 75m to the E failed to produce any related archaeological material (Guinan 2009c).
