The National Monuments Service's description
On a level landscape near the SW shore of Lough Curry (diam. c. 100m), which is a rectangular lake (dims. c. 400m N-S; c.150m E-W) on the 1837 ed. of the OS 6-inch map. Circular grass-covered mound (diam. c. 15m; H 0.8m) which would have been within the lake. The possible rath (RO017-154----) is c. 120m to the WSW.
