The National Monuments Service's description

At the crest of the fairly steep N-facing slope of a drumlin. Subcircular grass and rush-covered area (dims 70m E-W; 62m N-S) defined by an earthen bank (Wth 5.9m; int. H 1m; ext. H 1.2m) and hedge E-S, and by a scarp (H 1.2m) and hedge elsewhere. There is no visible fosse or entrance.
