On a rise in a low-lying level landscape with a SW-NE stream or drain c. 30m to the E. Subcircular, slightly domed and grass-covered area (dims 38m E-W; 32m N-S) defined by a fosse (Wth of top 3.5m at W to 5.5m at E; Wth of base 1.9m at W to 3.5m at E; int. D 0.2-0.3m; ext. D 0.1-0.3m) NE-SE and SW-NW and by a scarp (H 0.3m) elsewhere. The fosse is slightly truncated by an E-W drain at N, and hut-site (RO017-064002-) is c. 10m to the E. Rath (RO017-062001-) is c. 180m to the NW.
