The National Monuments Service's description

On top of the W end of an E-W drumlin ridge. Circular overgrown area (diam. c. 48m) defined by an earthen bank (Wth 4.8-6.5m; int. H 0.5-1m; ext. H 2m) and fosse (Wth of base 3m; D 0.2-0.8m) which is partly re-cut as a field drain. There is an entrance and causeway (Wth 5m) at E.
