The National Monuments Service's description

Marked only on the 1914 ed. of the OS 6-inch map, and situated on a rise on a broad plateau. Circular grass-covered mound (diam. 4.5m; H 0.6m) at the centre of a low subrectangular grass-covered platform (dims 18.5m NW-SE; 10.1m NE-SW at NW to 12.5m NE-SW at SE) defined by a scarp (H 0.45m at NW to 1.25m at SE) on all sides except the SW where it merges into the ground. The platform may be a result of land reclamation stopping short of the barrow. Rath (RO016-055----) is c. 60m to the N.
