The National Monuments Service's description

On top of a low rise. A N-S depression (L 24m; Wth 2.5-3m; D 0.2-0.5m) is all that remains of an underground passage which was closed c. 1965 and was described locally as having four chambers (Gannon 1972). Rath (RO015-006----) is c. 65m to the NW.
