The National Monuments Service's description
On the steep S-facing slope of a knoll. Described as a portion of a semicircular bank which was regarded locally as a fort (Gannon 1972). It is not now visible at ground level in pasture. Rath (RO014-062----) is c. 180m to the SSW.
