The National Monuments Service's description
Marked as a circular embanked enclosure (ext. diam. c. 55m) on the 1837 ed. of the OS 6-inch map, and as a fragment of a bank NW-E on the 1914 ed. Situated on a gentle S-facing slope towards the E end of a broad WNW-ESE ridge. An arc (C 35m) of an overgrown earthen bank (Wth 2.7m; int. H 0.5m; ext. H 0.1m) survives NNW-ENE. It is truncated at S by a WNW-ESE field bank at S (dim. c. 5m N-S), and nothing is visible at ground level S of this feature.
