Marked as a circular copse (diam. c. 45m) described as 'Cuilmacosey' in gothic lettering on the 1837 ed. of the OS 6-inch map, and as a hachured feature on the 1911 edition. It is situated on a shelf of a N-facing slope. Circular overgrown area (diam. c. 40m) planted with mature deciduous trees on the perimeter defined by an eroded earthen bank (Wth 4.3-4.8m; int. H 0.1-0.2m; ext. H 0.3-0.6m) E-W-N. There is no visible entrance or fosse, but a modern drain circumscribes the monument. Fortview House is c. 350m to the SE.
