The National Monuments Service's description
On top of a low E-W drumlin ridge. Oval scrub-covered area (dims 39m E-W; 31m N-S) defined by a gapped earthen bank (Wth 3-4m; int. H 0.3m at SW to 0.8m at NE; ext. H 0.8-1m), with an outer fosse (Wth of base 2-2.2m; D 0.1-0.6m) NE-E and at W. There is no visible entrance, but a possible house-site (RO011-062002-) (dims. 7m E-W; 5.4m N-S) defined by a scarp (H 0.2-0.5m) is at the centre, and a N-S field bank is just E of this. Rath (RO011-061----) is c. 90m to the WSW, and rath (RO011-063----) is c. 210m to the E.
