In a low-lying, level landscape with a W-E stream c. 10m to the N. Circular overgrown area (diam. c. 28m) defined by an overgrown earthen bank (Wth 3-3.3m; int. H 0.3m; ext. H 0.8-1.1m) separated by a fosse (Wth of top 4.2-4.5m) from an outer bank (Wth 4.3-4.7m; int. H 0.2m at N to 0.9m at SE; ext. H 0.9m) and outer fosse (Wth of base 3m; ext. D 0.1-0.2m). The entrance (Wth 3.5m) and causeways are at E.
