The National Monuments Service's description

On top of a broad low hill. Circular grass-covered platform (diam. 25m E-W; 23m N-S; H 0.5-0.65m) separated by a fosse (Wth of top 4.5-6.4m; Wth of base 3.7-5.3m; D 0.4-0.5m) S-N-E from an outer bank (Wth 4.5m; ext. H 0.5m) which is only visible NW-N. It may be a rath. Cashel (RO009-010----) is c. 190m to the ESE.
