The National Monuments Service's description
Marked on the 1837 ed. of the OS 6-inch map (MA 74) as a circular embanked enclosure (diam. c. 40m), and situated on a gentle S-facing slope. This is a slight circular grass-covered depression (diam. 26m; D 0.1m).
