The National Monuments Service's description
On a shelf of rock-outcrop on the N-facing slope of a broad E-W ridge. Circular grass-covered area (diam. c. 26m) defined by a grass-covered stone spread (Wth 2.8-4.5m; H 0.1-0.4m). A natural scarp of rock-outcrop (H 1.25-1.7m) is used as the perimeter N-E and there is an active quarry c. 50m to the NE. There is no visible entrance. It was completely removed before 2005 (OSI images).
