The National Monuments Service's description
At the summit of a hill overlooking the W-E Boyle River and Lough Key. Round-topped, grass-covered earthen mound (diam. 8m; H 1.1-2m) incorporated as the E bastion of the bastioned fort (RO006-068001-).
