The National Monuments Service's description

The Praemonstratensian abbey of the Holy Trinity (RO006-036001-) is situated on the oval wooded Trinity Island (dims c. 170m NEE-SW; c. 80m NW-SE), and there is a slipway (Wth 2.4m; H 0.2-0.6m) partly overlain by the modern pier at the E end of the S shore.
