The National Monuments Service's description
Towards the bottom of a S-facing slope. A rectangular piece of red sandstone (dims 0.74m x 0.8m; H 0.2m) with two small crosses (dims 7cm x 6m) and five rills that comfortably take the fingers of the right hand on its upper surface.
