The National Monuments Service's description
In the SE corner of triangular Lough Arrow (dims c. 2.5km NE-SW; c. 6.5km NW-SE), c. 85m from the S shore where the possible motte (RO003-022----) is and c. 110m from the E shore where fortified house (RO003-012001-) is situated. Circular stoney mound (diam. c. 10m; H 0.5m) which is largely submerged with no evidence of timber features or of artificial construction.
