The National Monuments Service's description
Located on top of natural glacial knoll in upland area overlooking river to the N. Poorly preserved grass covered wall footings of a rectangular structure (OF042-021001-) with possible rectangular bawn to the N. The walls were constructed of roughly coursed limestone rubble with base batter evident at SE angle. No other architectural features visible.
