The National Monuments Service's description
Situated on the W facing slope of high ground in mountainous area. Roughly circular area (diam 31m N-S) enclosed by earthen bank (int. H 0.3m; ext. H 1m; Wth 2m) and external fosse (Wth 2m). The interior of the site slopes from E to W. Road intercepts site at W destroying the bank and external fosse. No evidence of an entrance feature. Site now located in state forest which has been recently planted causing severe damage.
