The National Monuments Service's description
In pasture on SW facing slope. Roughly circular area (56.4m N-S; 46.4m E-W) enclosed by earthen bank (H 1.5m) with external fosse (Wth 1.75m, D 1m). A road runs through the centre of the site with pine trees planted in the W half of the site. No entrance feature visible. (Shaw Rev. 1971, 57)
