The National Monuments Service's description
The site (L 5.23m min.; Wth 2.67m; D 0.08m) is orientated NW-SE and consists of two transverse roundwoods, a single piece of brushwood and two pegs set between 60-90°. A plank was noted during the fieldwalking phase but had been destroyed by the time of record. Woodworking is evidenced by metal-cut toolmarks and by split pegs. This site lies in moderately humified Sphagnum peat with Eriophorum and ericaceous remains.
