The site (L 12.35m; Wth 3.37m; D 0.12m min.) is orientated E-W is composed of over forty-five transversely laid pieces of brushwood (diam. 0.015-0.05m) and two roundwoods (diam. 0.061m). The larger elements are interspersed with tightly packed pieces of brushwood. On the N side of the site, there are some interwoven transverse elements evident. Some elements are in slightly irregular positions due to displacement. At the W end, the site may splay slightly beyond the recorded extents and at the S end the elements are more dispersed, being up to 0.17m apart. The site is in moderately humified Sphagnum peat with occasional Eriophorum. Radiocarbon dated to 1365-925 cal. BC (Wk-11735).
