The National Monuments Service's description

The site (L 27.8m min.; Wth 1.15m min.; D 0.6m min.) is orientated NW-SE and consists of two vertical posts (diam. 0.08m-0.1m), between which are a number of irregularly laid, widely spaced brushwood (diam. 0.015-0.045m) and roundwoods (diam. 0.06-0.1m). An artefact (02E0839:7) was also recovered from the site. Overall this site is in a very poor condition with no clear structure evident. It lies in poor to moderately humified Sphagnum peat with pockets of Eriophorum and a large amount of unidentified reeds.
